Sahih Muslim Book 040, Number 6840: Abu Huraira reported Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: Two are the types amongst the denizens of Hell, the one possessing whips like the tail of an ox and they flog people with their help. (The second one) the women who would be naked in spite of their being dressed, who are seduced (to wrong paths) and seduce others with their hair high like humps. These women would not get into Paradise and they would not perceive the odour of Paradise,although its fragrance can be perceived from such and such distance (from great distance).
WARNING! Please Please DO NOT Disregard this hadith because-
Holy Quran Suar An-Nisaa (4:115) If anyone contends with the Apostle even after guidance has been plainly conveyed to him and follows a path other than that becoming to men of faith We shall leave him in the path he has chosen and land him in Hell–what an evil refuge!
Let me remind you the fact that you have forgotten or that which never came to your mind; the beauty you have, was not created by you nor by your parents from whose dirty fluids you were created. You do not own your beauty rather it is Allah who created your beauty and Allah owns it. Allah created you from sperm and created your beauty on it as He wished.
Holy Quran Suar Ya-Sin (36:77) “Does not man see that We have created him from a sperm? Yet he stands up as an open adversary.”
Holy Quran Sura Al-Qiyamat (75:36) Does man think that he will be left to wander around without any purpose? (37) Was he not once a drop of emitted semen? (38) Then he became a leechlike mass, then Allah created him and fashioned him in due proportion, (39) and made him either of the two sexes, male and female.
Holy Quran Sura Al-Infitar (82:6) O man! What has lured you away from your gracious Rabb, (7) Who created you, fashioned you, proportioned you, (8) and moulded you in whatever form He pleased?
Holy Quran Sura Al-BAqara (2:255) …..To Him belongs all that is in the Heavens and the Earth…..
Since you do not own your beauty so you cannot use/display it as you wish. But it is Allah who owns it and its Allah’s laws who governs your beauty. If you are not implementing Allah’s laws on yourself and your beauty/body then you are in breach of trust and that trust is the beauty and body which Allah has given you. And like there is reward for
keeping the trust similarly there is punishment for breaching the trust and that punishment is losing the paradise (as above hadith clarifies it “These women would not get into Paradise and they would not perceive the odour of Paradise”) and earning the hell (amongst the denizens of Hell).
What is the purpose of clothes?
Holy Quran Sura Al-A’raf (7:26) O children of Adam! We have sent down to you clothing to cover your nakedness and as an adornment, however, the best clothing is the clothing of piety. This is one of Allah’s revelations so that the people may learn a lesson.
The purpose of clothing is to hide the nakedness. But the clothes you wear nowadays instead of hiding your bodies reveal it in sexual way, even if “some of the clothes” cover your body from neck to foot but they are so tight or so short that very little is left to imagination. Some clothes are even transparent and nothing is left to imagination there. In past those clothes were worn by tawaifs, dancers and prostitutes to look like a doll so as to attract the customers. O my muslim sisters these clothes does not behove the one with faith in Allah, Muhammad (pbuh), Quran , Paradise, hell.
The way of/to paradise and way of/to hell cannot be same. The clothing of a muslim cannot be same as that of a kaafira (non-muslim).
Holy Quran Sura Al-Maida (5:100) Tell them, “Bad and good are not equal, even though the abundance of the bad may dazzle you; so fear Allah, O people of understanding, that you may prosper!”
Holy Quran Sura Al-Jathiya (45:21) Do the evil doers think that We shall hold them equal with those who believe and do good deeds, and that their lives and deaths shall be alike? Bad is their judgment!
And whose orders are you, knowingly or unknowlingly, following when you strip your clothing and make yourself naked or semi-nude.
Holy Quran Sura Al-A’raf (7:27) O children of Adam! Let not Shaitan seduce you in the same manner as he seduced your parents out of paradise through stripping them of their clothing in order to expose their nakedness. He and his tribe watch you from where you cannot see them. We have permitted the shaitans to be the guardians over the unbelievers.
Let not allow shaitan to make you one of the inmates of Hell.
Holy Quran Sura Fatir (35:6) Verily Satan is an enemy to you: so treat him as an enemy. He only invites his adherents that they may become Companions of the Blazing Fire.
You were not given the beauty by Allah to reveal them publicly but you were ordered to hide them from public.
Holy Quran Sura An-Nur (24:31) And say to the believing women that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty; that they should not display their beauty and ornaments except what (must ordinarily) appear thereof; that they should draw their veils over their bosoms and not display their beauty except to their……………………
Holy Quran Sura Al-Ahzab (33:59) O Prophet! Enjoin your wives, daughters and the believing women that they should draw their outer garments over their persons. That is more proper, so that they may be recognized and not bothered. Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
But you openly go against these verses/orders of Allah; while as the beauty you show is only trust of Allah with you to be only used as Allah wished. The beauty you have won’t last forever; at the end everyone dies and once in grave your beauty will become the food for creatures of grave to be eaten by them.
Holy Quran Sura Al-Anbiyaa (21:35) Every soul is bound to have the taste of death. We are putting all of you to a test by passing you through bad and good conditions, and finally you shall return to Us.
Holy Quran Sura Al-i’Imran (3:102) O believers! Fear Allah as He should be feared and die not but as true Muslims.
What is even more paining is that such immodest clothes are also worn by some sisters who wear scarf, I won’t call that scarf a hijab because immodest clothes they wear are contrary to the concept of hijab. Donning Hijab means being modest; wearing immodest clothes goes contrary to Quran and modesty.
Holy Quran Sura Al-Baqara (2:208) O ye who believe! enter into Islam whole-heartedly; and follow not the footsteps of the Evil One; for he is to you an avowed enemy.
O muslim sisters, please understand that haya and shyness are part of Iman.
Sahih Bukhari Book 2, Number 8: Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, “Faith (Belief) consists of more than sixty branches (i.e. parts). And Haya (This term “Haya” covers a large number of concepts which are to be taken together; amongst them are self respect, modesty, bashfulness, and scruple, etc.) is a part of faith.”
Baihaqi: Abdullah ibn Umar (ra) narrated that the Prophet (saw) said: “Indeed haya (modesty) and Iman are Companions. When one of them is lifted, the other leaves as well.”
So, O muslim sisters for the sake of Allah, stop displaying your beauty; stop wearing clothes which reveal you body; stop wearing tight, transparent, short clothes; stop imitating men by wearing pants, etc.; be and be like a Muslim Women and earn paradise for yourself and not hell and be a cause of glory for your parents on the day of judgment and not a cause of grief for them.
Holy Quran Sura An-Nahl (16:97) Whoever works righteousness man or woman and has faith verily to him will We give a new life a life that is good and pure and We will bestow on such their reward according to the best of their actions.
And yes, you may be ridiculed /backbited /slandered /taunted for following the Deen of Allah, that is the part and parcel of the deal called Paradise.
Holy Quran Sura Al-Ahzab (33:58) And those who annoy believing men and believing women, for no fault of theirs, shall bear the guilt of slander and an evident sin.
Holy Quran Sura Al-I’Imran (3:186) You shall certainly be tested with by means of your wealth and with your persons; and you will certainly hear much that is hurtful from those who were given the Book before you, and from the mushrikin. But if you endure with patience and have fear of Allah, this will surely be a proof of your firm determination.
Also its evil/sin on the part of those shopkeepers, tailors, boutiques, etc. who sell profane/obscene clothes to muslims and earn haram livelihood for themselves and their families and eventually earn hell. May they either have guidance or if there is no guidance for them then may Allah’s curse be on them and may they have painful death and painful afterlife (ya Allah save them and us also from your punishment by guiding us to your way ….aameen).
Allah says to all of us
Holy Quran Suar Al-A’raf (7:146) Those who behave arrogantly on the earth in defiance of right them will I turn away from My signs they will not believe in them; and if they see the way of right conduct they will not adopt it as the way; but if they see the way of error that is the way they will adopt; for they rejected Our signs and failed to take warning from them.
Also, shame is on parents who see their daughters in immodest clothes, be they tight, short, transparent, etc. and allow others to see their daughters in such clothes.

Sahih Bukhari Book 72, Number 815: Narrated ‘Abdullah: Allah has cursed those women who practice tattooing and those who get themselves tattooed, and those who remove their face hairs, and those who create a space between their teeth artificially to look beautiful, and such women as change the features created by Allah. Why then should I not curse those whom the Prophet has cursed? And that is in Allah’s Book. i.e. His Saying: ‘And what the Apostle gives you take it and what he forbids you abstain (from it).’ (59.7)
Al-Tirmidhi Hadith Hadith 1065: Narrated by AbuMusa- Allah’s Messenger (peace be upon him) said: Every eye is lustful and when a woman applies perfume and then goes about in an assembly, she is like such and such, i.e. an adulteress.
Sunan Abu-Dawud Book 32, Number 4087: Narrated AbuHurayrah: The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) cursed the man who dressed like a woman and the woman who dressed like a man.
Dear Sister, if we have been indulging in sins till now then we should repent. In this world, Allah forgives all sins no matter how major they are, if a slave does honest repentance.
Holy Quran(39:53) “Say: “O my Servants who have transgressed against their souls! Despair not of the Mercy of Allah: for Allah forgives all sins: for He is Oft-Forgiving Most Merciful”.
Holy Quran(39:54) “Turn ye to your Lord (in repentance) and bow to His (Will) before the Penalty comes on you: after that ye shall not be helped”.
My duty was to remind you and to warn you.
Holy Quran (27:92) And to recite the Qur’an.” And whoever is guided is only guided for [the benefit of] himself; and whoever strays – say, “I am only [one] of the warners.”
